Beghou Consulting hires new Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
EVANSTON, Ill.— June 29, 2023 — Beghou Consulting is delighted to announce the addition of Christopher Blanco as its Chief Financial Officer and Jeffrey Klug as its Chief Operating Officer. Blanco and Klug will play key roles as Beghou expands and strengthens the global resources and capabilities it deploys to support emerging pharmaceutical companies’ commercial efforts.

Prior to joining Beghou, Blanco was Chief Financial Officer at Lockwood, a medical communications agency. His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, operational process integration, and business process transformation and integration. Blanco earned an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Klug joins Beghou from digital services firm West Monroe, where he was Chief of Staff for the firm’s Operations Excellence practice. He has experience in corporate strategy, revenue and operating model development, and cross-functional leadership in service organizations. Klug earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and was a Woodruff Scholar at Emory University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology. Outside of work, he is a sustaining member of the Lincoln Park Zoo’s Auxiliary Board.

Blanco and Klug join Beghou on the heels of Varsity Healthcare Partners’ recent investment in the firm. Eric Beghou, who was Beghou Consulting’s Chief Operating Officer since its founding, will retire.
